I absolutely LOVE photographing my couples’ flat lay photos, and I believe it’s important to provide your clients with helpful tips to ensure that their detail photos are both organized and stunning. To do this, I provide them with a list of tips and suggested items, such as the one I’ve included below, and encourage them to add any other meaningful items that they wish to include. Most importantly, MAKE SURE to have all your details in a box in your room to ensure you aren’t running around on your wedding day trying to track items down.
When it comes to what to include in your wedding details box for flat lay photos, here are some must-have items:
- Rings: The centerpieces of your flat lay photo should be your engagement ring and wedding band, symbolizing your love and commitment. Have your rings together and cleaned before the big day.
